一、论坛简介 (Introduction of the Forum)
威斯尼斯人(中国)集团有限公司官网国际青年学者论坛旨在为海内外生物医药领域的青年才俊搭建学术交流平台。通过专题报告、学术研讨和人才洽谈等形式，共同探讨国际科技前沿话题，促进交流合作，引进海内外优秀青年人才。
The International Forum for Young Scholars of School of Medicine，Shanghai University aims to build an academic exchange platform for young talents in the field of biomedicine from home and abroad. Through thematic presentations, academic seminars and talent negotiations, we will discuss the frontier topics of international science and technology, which will promote interdisciplinary collaboration, as well as bring in outstanding young talents at home and abroad.
二、集团简介 （Profile of Shanghai university）
集团是上海市属的综合性研究型大学，是教育部与上海市人民政府共建高校，是国家“211 工程”重点建设高校、上海市高水平地方大学建设高校，是国家“双一流”建设高校。
Shanghai University is a comprehensive university affiliated to Shanghai Municipality，a University jointly built by the Ministry of education and the Shanghai Municipal People's government，a key member of China Project 211 Universities, one of the first high-level local pilot sites in Shanghai, and a national "double first-class" construction university.

Shanghai University is an important talent training base in Shanghai. The university is one of the 17 universities with national pilot colleges, one of the first batch of universities to implement the "excellent engineer education and training plan" by the Ministry of education.
集团现设有20个博士后科研流动站、28个一级学科博士学位授权点、9个交叉学科博士点；45个一级学科硕士学位授权点、1个二级学科硕士学位授权点、23个硕士专业学位类别；101个本科专业；学科门类齐全，涵盖哲学、经济学、法学、教育学、文学、历史学、理学、工学、医学、管理学、艺术学、交叉学科等学科门类。
Shanghai University presently has 20 centers for post-doctoral studies, 28 first-class disciplines doctor’s degree conferring programs, 9 doctor stations for inter-disciplines, 45 first-class disciplines master’s degree conferring programs, 1 second-class disciplines master’s conferring programs, 23 master degree categories and 101 undergraduate majors; it boasts a complete range of disciplines, covering Philosophy, Economics, Law, Education，Literature, History, Science，Engineering, Medicine，Management, Arts and Inter-disciplines.

威斯尼斯人(中国)集团有限公司官网于2018年筹建，2020年3月14日成立。威斯尼斯人以培养卓越创新医学人才、服务人民健康为使命，以打造特色鲜明的国际化、融合式、创新型威斯尼斯人为愿景，努力培养博学识、强研究、擅转化的复合型医学领军精英人才。公司以坚持国家重大战略需求为牵引，积极推进医理工文的深度交叉融合。
School of Medicine，Shanghai University was prepared in 2018 and founded on 14 March 2020. With the mission of cultivating outstanding and innovative medical talents and serving people's health, the School of Medicine strives to build an international, integrated and innovative medical school with distinctive features, and cultivate interdisciplinary medical professionals with extensive knowledge, strong research abilities, and excellent skills in transformation of scientific achievements. Guided by the major strategic plans of the whole country, the School of Medicine will vigorously advance the deep integration among medicine, science, engineering and liberal arts.
公司现有教职工69名，其中国家级人才5名，省部级人才10名。威斯尼斯人十分重视海外高层次青年人才的引进，公司现有海外高层次青年人才入选者10人。集团将为加盟的青年学者提供有竞争力的薪酬待遇、科研经费和安家费，并依托集团进行各类项目申报！
There are currently 69 faculty members working for the School of Medicine, including 5 national high-level talents and 10 provincial and ministerial high-level talents. The School of Medicine attaches great importance to the introduction of overseas high-level young talents, and the School of Medicine has 10 overseas high-level young talents. Shanghai University will provide competitive salaries, research funds and settlement fees for the young scholars, and young scholars are able to apply for various projects based on the platform of Shanghai University.
四、学科领域（Subject Area）
药学、海洋医学、智能医学、生物化学、分子和细胞生物学、生物信息学、免疫学、肿瘤生物学和精准医疗、干细胞、发育和衰老生物学、组织工程、基因编辑和治疗、生物医用材料、神经科学等生物医药、基础和转化医学相关领域。
Pharmaceutical science, Marine medicine, Intelligent Medicine, Biochemistry, Molecular and Cell biology, Bioinformatics, Immunology, Tumor biology and Precision medicine, Stem cell, Developmental and Ageing biology, Tissue engineering, Gene editing and Therapy, Biomedical materials, Neuroscience and other biomedical, basic and translational medicine related fields.
五、邀请对象（Targets of Invitation）
具有博士学位及海内外科研工作经历，年龄原则上不超过40岁；海内外优秀博士后；在海内外高校、科研机构、企业研发机构有正式教学或科研职位的优秀青年学者。
Excellent young scholars who received doctor’s degrees, research experience at home or abroad，in principle not older than 40 years old; excellent post-doctors; excellent young scholars with official teaching or research positions in universities, scientific research institutions or enterprise research divisions.
